ITEM 4: I think it’s not just “employers or managers hold their employees responsible for the company’s problems” but “the NEW employees” because the sentence “Since you only working here on Tuesday…”. Actually, the company has to bear the full responsibility for this loss.

    – in the item 1: personally speaking i think it is just a normal picture without any bias, but your analysis make it become containing bias.
    – in the item 2: i suppose that it is scapegoating, because gay couple are prevented from marriage, blamed for threatening American family, and forced to consider marriage must be between man and woman.
    – in item 3 i agree that it is scapegoating. Thanh may misunderstands this sample! because you can see that even when it is ” a half”, the boss still tries to force his employee to take the blame for the failure of his company

I agree with Long in the item 1: it is just a normal picture which is not a kind of bias. In the item 4, I agree with Thanh. Actually, the boss blames for his new employee of company’s loss. You can see “only start working”, this means that he is the new one.

I don’t agree with Long and Nhung that item 1 is not a bias. It’s clearly seen that only mother takes care and educates her child. Why should father get involved in this picture? Because it’s widely believed that the mother should be the one who does all of above responsibilities.
And in item 4, i think it’s a discrimination towards the gay couple. They are treated in less favourable way and they’re even punished because of being gay couple.
